KASEY
(by Kasey at age 11)
I am kind and friendly.
I wonder how you dream.
I hear someone in pain.
I see stars. I want candy.
I am kind and friendly.
I pretend to sing.
I feel neat. I touch stars.
I worry when we will have a war.
I cry when someone dies.
I am kind and friendly.

The Weaver
My life is but a weaving,
Between the Lord and me.
I cannot choose the colors,
He worketh steadily.
Oft times He weaveth sorrow,
And I in foolish pride,
Forget He sees the upper,
And I, the underside.
The dark threads are as needful,
In the weaver's skillful hand,
As the threads of gold and silver
In the pattern He has planned.
Not 'til the loom is silent
And the shuttles cease to fly.
Shall God unroll the canvas
And explain the reasons why.

Kasey left this earth to be in his loving Heavenly Father's care in
May 2001. Our precious Kasey, after only being with us for nearly
17 years will be sorely missed by those who knew and loved him. He
was born in July 1984, a son of Michael and Stacy.
He had a tender spirit that we could not hold to this earth with
our love.
He was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day
Saints. He was faithful in his duties as a Priest. He was proud
that he had received his Arrow of Light Award in Scouting. He enjoyed
his dirt bike and being with his family. He enjoyed sharing his computer
expertise with his family and friends. He was a good student and
was often on the Honor Roll.
"For God so loved the
world that he gave His only son, that whoever believes in Him shall not
perish but have eternal life." John 3:16
